Food, glorious food!
Here concludes the second part of the cooking class I did with my Mum and Cousin, Gina. Here we are prepping the pork for the Bun Cha as well as the spring rolls to go into the hot oil. We all got to let off a little steam by each taking our turn to mince the pork with those giant knives below. Chef made it look easy of course. We also made a banana leaf salad which is the image third from the bottom. It was surprisingly delicious.
I'll be attempting to re-create these dishes in the weeks to come. I mentioned in my previous post that I've already tried the Bun Cha. Next on my list though is my personal favourite, a classic Pho.
